Lorraine Niesink is a senior marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. She currently works as Marketing Director for ENT at Medtronic, where she drives international strategy, brand leadership, and team development. Lorraine is passionate about innovation, inclusion, and empowering talent across the organization. Her passion for being part of IBN is evident with her active participation for many years as a member and recently joined IBN Committee to co-lead the Canton Vaud chapter. Lorraine lives near Lausanne with her husband and two primary school age children.
