Stephen McGonigle | McGonigle Watches
For over 20 years, Stephen McGonigle has worked in the home of watchmaking, Switzerland, making mechanical watches under his brand, McGonigle Watches and more recently, his younger brand, Magon Watches. His timepieces are made-to-order, taking years to develop and months to assemble, with every component meticulously finished by hand. He originally graduated from the Irish/Swiss Institute of Horology, winning a scholarship to Switzerland.
Donnacha Daly | Head of AI Studies at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences & Arts | Co-Founder and Manager at the Applied AI Center | Co-Founder and Chairman at Gopf AG
Donnacha received his PhD in Electrical Engineering from University College Dublin in 2003, with a stage spent at EPFL in Lausanne. He has been based in Switzerland for 25 years, working mostly in technology start-ups. From 2015-2019, he was the Group VP of Business Innovation at Landis+Gyr, where he managed several international M&A transactions, as well as their IPO listing on the Swiss Stock Exchange. Donnacha is currently Professor for AI and Co-Founder of the Applied AI Center at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. He is also Co-founder at the start-up Gopf AG, which provides AI-powered strategic intelligence for decision makers. He lives in Luzern with his wife and daughter.
Claire Garry | Senior People Director, HAVI
Claire Garry is a Senior People Director based in Zurich, leading Global Learning, Talent, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for HAVI, a specialized supply chain leader with 8,000 employees worldwide. She brings deep expertise in leadership development, talent strategy, and building inclusive, high‑performing cultures across global organizations.
Claire has lived in Switzerland for about 15 years and recently became a proud holder of a Swiss passport. Originally from Ireland, she has made Zurich home with her partner Tom and their two children.
Olivier Coudevylle | Director, Trainer & Facilitator, Learning and Development Specialist at UBS
Olivier is a corporate trainer at UBS, where he designs and delivers high-impact learning experiences for client advisors across international markets. In parallel, he coaches individuals to become more confident, structured, and impactful speakers; helping them turn ideas into clear, compelling messages that resonate.

Róisín Daetz O’Donovan | Strategic Procurement Manager, Takeda
Róisín is a Strategic Procurement Manager specialising in marketing and commercial services, with nearly 20 years of experience across pharmaceuticals, financial services, technology, semi-state and professional services. Currently at Takeda, she partners with Marketing and Commercial Excellence teams to deliver value in a highly regulated global environment. A member of the Swiss Marketing Procuremen Network and an active voice in the Swiss procurement community, she brings both commercial rigour and a genuine understanding of what marketing teams need from their procurement partners. She lives in Zurich with her husband, Pascal, and their two children.
