Liam Foley

After leaving Ireland in 86, Liam worked as a marketing executive in London for various companies including Haymarket Publishing, who publish the UK’s leading Marketing journal. Employed as an Advertising Manager 92-98 for Karger Publishing in Switzerland. In 2000, began a career at Novartis Pharma AG in Basel, and worked as an e-Business Analyst, International Project Manager, and for the past 4 years as a Business Information Manager in the Global Marketing & Sales function. He writes a regular Blog and manages a Podcasting channel within Novartis to showcase and promote innovation across the organization. Received Global Marketing & Sales Leadership Award 2008, Global Marketing & Sales Business Excellence Award 2007, and Short listed for the e-Learning Team of the Year 2007 (e-Learning Age). Liam has an MSc in e-Business, Aberdeen University, Diploma in Social Science, UCC, and Project Management at George Washington University.
